“The hotel is a savvy pick near the Bord Gais Energy Theatre, and from what I gather, the staff excels with thoughtful gestures such as early check-in and room upgrades. The spacious rooms, coupled with the perk of the Club Vitae Leisure Centre's heated pool, should appeal to families and leisure travelers; however, some may find certain decor aspects need refreshing. I think this location is a solid choice for visitors seeking convenience with a dash of Irish hospitality.”

fantastic hotel stay

friendly receptionsafe areagreat valuepoor quality
The staff checked us in quickly even though we arrived early. The reception was so friendly. The hotel location is near both bus and luas stops which was useful, and the area is safe to walk around. I could see the Bórd Gais Theatre from the hotel, and it was a quick two-minute walk. The price was a great value.
I ordered a meal one evening and it was not good. The chicken was tough and of poor quality. The wedges were reheated and very dull.
Service
9/10
The staff were attentive and efficient throughout my stay. The reception team were friendly and resolved queries quickly. Housekeeping provided daily service, the room was well-kept and comfortable, and they were polite, too.

The location suited my needs. Slippers and a robe were in the room, so that was acceptable.
there was something like a rave party. It lasted until 4 a.m. Reception did not answer, so I felt unsafe. A refund did not happen.

Comfortable Stay Near the Theatre

ideal locationfresh towelslarge varietyattentive staff
The location was perfect for attending a show. The Bord Gais Theatre is very close. My room had daily fresh towels, this was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a large variety of choices. I found the staff to be lovely and attentive to any needs.
The window in my room would not fully close. This allowed street noise throughout the night.
Service
9/10
The staff ensured everything ran smoothly and promptly. Jeannine was very attentive. Thomas, the manager, ensured all services were excellent from the start. I appreciated their professionalism.
Dining
8/10
The Stir Restaurant provided excellent service from beginning to end. My family had a group meal before a show. The timing was perfect. The waitress was attentive and efficient, this was very helpful.
